However many you think it should be, subtract five hundred. And don’t be that way. I’m just looking out for you. And your body. Being fat is not desirable, and let’s not pretend it is. Men want a slim-waisted, nubile bottom they can really admire. When he slips his big, meaty hands around your waist, he should get an immediate boner from how tight it is. How snatched. A good trophy boy builds out his legs and ass, makes sure to develop his upper body, and otherwise keeps his waist as skinny as possible. It’s not rocket science. Though it is math. It comes down to calories. You’ve gotta control how much you eat. Can you do that, fatty?

So, don’t eat that bagel, or cake, or burger, or sandwich. It’s all carbs, and fat, and calories, calories, calories! Eat grilled chicken and salads. Drink fat-free milk and black coffee. And get your lazy, entitled ass to the gym. Every. Fucking. Day. No man wants a boyfriend that doesn’t give 110% to his sexual satisfaction. So think about that the next time you have a moment of weakness. If you don’t care about yourself, then care about him. That candy bar you just ate added an extra 300 calories to your fat ass. Think about how disappointed your boyfriend’s gonna be. The shame should hurt, bitch.

And here’s a warning: it’s not just about shame. It’s about survival. You wanna hang on to that amazing masculine top with his 8-inch dick, deep voice, and muscular body? Then you have to work for it. 24/7. No breaks. No fuck ups. No “moments of weakness”. Because if your waist starts to look less snatched, and your ass starts to get lazy and uncuntable, he’s gonna find a better boy than you to fulfill him. And there’s plenty of competition. There’s no shortage of hot young things entering the scene with their eyes on your man. So put down the muffin, fatty. It’s for your own good.
